Hi,
I'm a travel writer looking for story ideas about Christmas and/or New Year for a very affluent readership. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Contact Neiman Marcus and find out who actually buys things out of the holiday catalog.

My poor holiday relations wouldn't be entertaining for the upper classes.

My advice would be to check on posts by a person named Peeky. She has some relatives that would probably be able to give you some excellent ideas.

for a serious angle- try Gilda's Club -- lots of stories --and inspiration for an affluent readership to take another look at how to acknowledge the holidays--or start of the calendar year --
