Try http://www.orlandoluxuryride.com/ You can get a hire car for $35 and not deal with a cab. I think a cab is almost as much, if not the same!

Taxi will be alot. It depends on traffic though. I would say $75 to $100. Sanford is a pretty long ride from I-Drive. 35 minutes with no traffic to an hour or more in traffic. Too bad you can't rent a car. The shuttle is your best bet but I bet it will be alot more than $35. Let us know what you find.

Where on International Drive?

They are flying into Sanford Airport. This is in Seminole County. Don't confuse it with Orlando International Airport in Orange County. The Airport is 30 minutes north of downtown while International Drive is 20 minutes south of Orlando. I-4 is undergoing signifacant construction right now and it is clogged much of the day and night. sorry I do not know the name of the hotel that we are staying as it is allocated on arrival, all I know is that it is on international drive.
