I just had it on the screen, but lost it when I got bumped. Traffic is horrible on I95 from Providence, btw. You might want to stay away. But remember you'll have to get on 95 initially because that's the only interstate that will take you anywhere at first.

Mid-afternoon traffic on 95 from Providence to Hartford is not a problem. I live in RI, drive 95 everyday, it may get heavy at times, but always moving. Going north towards Boston get a bit heavier.
Getting from TF Green to 95 is very easy.

Here's a website that will give you real time traffic info for various cities in the US including Providence & Boston. I use it for my commute on a daily basis and find it quite accurate. Not sure if they have Hartford....
