Looking at both of these NC beaches for family vacation summer 2009. We know that they both have a great reputation for being family friendly. Are there any factors that would be helpful in making a decision between the two? Thanks in advance for any information that we can take into consideration.

They are so much the same. I don't think there is going to be a pro or con in either direction. Just try to get as close to the beach as possible. No matter which one you pick you will have to drive to dinner and shopping.
