Things to do in Provo?

Hello! My husband and I are going to be taking a weekend away from the kids to visit Provo in mid-November. We heard of what a beautiful area it was, and wanted to check it out. Where are some places we could go that are in the area that would be fun for us? Thank You!

have dinner at anacona!! very romantic!! go early enough to have a cocktail in their "outdoor living room". aqua bar at turtle cove marina is yummy and fun. snorkel at coral gardens. shop for conch pearls if they appeal to you. learn about them at the conch farm.
you should probably repost this question on the caribbean board for more answers.

Isn't Provo in Utah? You might want to repost with a more descriptive title.

Had to laugh at the response to this one! Cocktails?! Snorkeling?! In Provo?! The area is certainly lovely, but...I don't think you can snorkel unless you have an indoor pool...

A drive into Provo Canyon will give you some mountain sightseeing you'll remember a long time. Continue through Heber Valley to Park City for lunch or dinner and a visit to a mountain/ski town.

If you like trains, check in Heber City to see if the Heber Creeper is operating the weekend you are there. It's a fun old-timey train ride down the valley and into the canyon.

Depending on the weather, in Provo Canyon, watch for the long water or ice fall. Either way, it's pretty.

You can return from Park City by either backtracking or by following I-80 down into Salt Lake City and then I-15 south back to Provo. Either way, it makes a nice day of sightseeing.
