THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay?

We usually stay at Mandalay Bay when we go to Vegas. We love the lazy river.

There's a deal right now where we can upgrade to THE Hotel for $20 a night... should we do it? Is it a lot nicer? It seems like it's pretty far away from the pools and the tram. Is it a pain to get over there?

Thanks!

I enjoyed THEHotel. Great, roomy suites. Not any further from the pools than when we stayed in Mandalay.

Yes, THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay is really nice. The sitting area in the room is actually a separate room. There are flat tv's in all 3 rooms. It is quieter also - nice to get away from the casino 'hustle and bustle' at time.

Not far from the tram.

worth the extra $20 for sure.

I stay there fairly often. Definitely worth $20. I do find it to be a bit of a hassle to get to the pools, I wish they had their own small pool like the 4S.

Is there an inside quick way to travel between FS and Mandalay Bay? First time staying at FS...usually stay midstrip.
