Attending a convention downtown Denver, Colorado mid-June 2011 - needing suggestions for either hotel, bed and breakfast, VRBO rental for a few days - mid-range price, not too noisy. thank you

Get a guidebook and return with some specific questions. It is so broad I would have to write a guidebook to answer it. Define mid-range price??? How many days? Why not use the convention hotel? Is the convention in the convention center? In a hotel ? Give me a break - share some information.

You have plenty of time to plan. The only B&B I know of near downtown is the Marne Castle, and it's not walking distance to the convention center. Will you have a car?

Probably best to stay within walking distance and skip the driving and parking, anyway. There are a number of hotels downtown. My advice is to check on Expedia.com or TripAdvisor.com or Kayak.com for rates and see what you can find. Then check back here with specific questions about certain hotels.
