I'm sad your vacation is over as now I don't have anymore of your TR to read!!
It sounds like you had an amazing vacation...it's funny, on the days we left Oahu and Maui last year, it was the only day it rained...I guess the islands cried that we were leaving too.
I have a question, do you go to the Brick Oven Pizza in Kalaheo only, or have you been to the one in Kapaa? I've heard mixed things of the Kapaa one, but the Kalaheo seems to be consistently good.

We have only been to the one in Kalaheo. We started going with our first trip in 2007 before the Kapa'a location existed. We either noticed in 2011 or 2012 that there was one in Kapa'a but we still continue with Kalaheo.
It is not too far from the airport and when we land it is dinner time at home. We go on our first and last day. I don't know what the Kapa'a location looks like inside but I love how the Kalaheo one looks. Windows open, gingham curtains blowing in the breeze and license plates covering the wooden rafters.

I've been to both Brick Oven locations. In my opinion there is not much difference. I think the pizza tasted about the same in both, and their buffet night offers pretty much the same food in both restaurants. I was personally glad when they opened the 2nd location as it is nearer to Kapaa and more convenient for stopping after a day at the North Shore.
