Swan Court: Hyatt Maui?

My fiance and I are leaving for our honeymoon in Hawaii in less than 2 weeks and I am working on making some dinner reservations on Maui for a couple "splurge" dinners. Already booked Nick's...

We are staying at the Hyatt, and the Swan Court restaurant menu looks good. Anyone been there recently that can recommend it? We like steak and seafood, great drinks and dessert, good service, romantic setting...

Thanks!

Been to the Swan Court for their breakfast buffet a couple times. Nice place. Food was good. Try and get a table next to the pond.

We dined there in March. It was very good and the setting is very romantic. I would definately eat there again.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and have been back twice. We also loved the breakfast buffet, but didn't do dinner at the Swan Court. However, I highly recommend another restaurant at the Hyatt for dinner. I can't remember the name, but it is a level or two up from the Swan Court and from the restaurant, you feel as though you are on a mountainside overlooking the beach and water. There are seats outside, which you should ask for and the food was marvelous. It was small and romantic. The service was wonderful. Not quite as formal as the Swan Court, but still elegant in its' own way. It was our favorite restaurant at the hotel and each time, we've had dinner there twice. Sorry I can't remember the name. Have a great trip.

dgarland - are you thinking of Cascades? Spats Trattoria is also in the Hyatt.
