Summer in Sun Valley
I know it's a ski destination but some of us prefer the sunny summer days in Sun Valley. Just had a terrific week there - great restaurants, great entertainment (Sun Valley on Ice!) and an edifying visit to the Hemingway Memorial and gravesite. Can't say enough good things about the Sun Valley Lodge. Lots of photos and more detail here:
