suggestions on these hotels?

hey,
I'm relocating and need your opinions
on how safe & clean these hotels are
for temporary living prior to relocation:

1. Homestead village
2. suburban lodge
3. extended stay america
4. staybridge
5. towneplace suites
6. wellesley inn & suites.

I know it also depends on the specific
hotel/location, but I wanted to get a
general feel.

I'm trying to get a rock-bottom rate
of $210/week, and so far only extended
stay am and suburban lodge cost this.

Do you think the others would match
it?

Thanks!

I wanted some general opinions
on these chains.

Our specific location is going
to be alpharetta/roswell, the
atlanta north suburbs.

Do NOT stay at the Suburban Lodge. You definitely get what you pay for. That also includes a nightly chorus of shots being fired amongst shouts of profanity. The Homestead Village is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. Extended Stays are fairly cheap, probably your best on a budget. Wellesley Inn is a bit pricey I think. I don't know about the other two.

I would go with Staybridge Suites. The chain is a division of Holiday Inn and we've never been disappointed with one yet. You can get a studio suite, one bedroom or two bedroom suite--each has a small kitchen area. All hotels have a free cocktails/munchies hour at night and a full breakfast in the morning. The best thing, though, is the free internet access provided on two computers off of every Staybridge lobby. This is great if you're traveling on business and don't have a laptop along. Another plus--these are all newer hotels with a mountain lodge decor so you don't have to worry about booking into a decrepit old hotel sight unseen.
