Even more detail--there's a shortcut from the hotel parking lot to Mass Ave--no need to go back to the road/light. Ask at the hotel front desk.

Have a good trip, panecott. We are actually heading to Bar Harbor that w/e, so I'll wave to you from the other side of the highway.

Altho I have 100% confidence in my directions, I'd still urge you to have a map +/- GPS available.

Thanks, and I'll try to wave back.

I'll definitely have plenty of maps with me, but no GPS. I'm old fashioned.

Have a good weekend in BH.

Minor point but I think that Castle Hotel on Mass Pike/I90 is a Sheraton.

Of COURSE it's a Sheraton,,,,,,,, and thank you. It's been awhile since I've been home, how quickly we can forget. I've always wanted to stay there.

You're talking about the Framingham Sheraton? The Tudor looking building? I didn't realize that's the one you meant, travelbuff.

It looked really nice and I was torn between that and the hotel in Lexington. I almost chose Framingham b/c of the Garden in the Woods, but didn't think I'd have too much time to see it since it closes at 5.

Oh well. Next time.
