When?

In about one week and will be visiting with family for a couple of weeks. We have been before and want to see more than Weeki Wachi!

Well, of the things we always liked about that part of Florida is that it is so quiet and away from it all

For a full day trip, St Pete is interesting, and the beaches in Clearwater are good. A drive down the beachfront (loosely conceived) from Clearwater to St Pete is also fun, esp if you are the kind who like to get out and walk around.

Have you been to Tarpon Springs? That is a nice day trip.

We have always wanted to visit the beaches in St. Pete and Clearwater and will look into Tarpon Springs. Has anyone heard of Pine Island? That may be a good spot for us to go and veg..

Now, the tough part is waiting for a break in the weather to make the drive from Chicago!
