Spa resort in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area

My girlfriends and I would like to do a spa weekend getaway and we would like some suggestions for a nice place to go. We live in the Baltimore area and would like to keep the drive within 2 1/2 hours. I heard the spa at hotel hershey is good but we can not bring ourselves to spend over $400 per night plus the price of spa treatments. So any suggestions we would appreciate.

Hyatt Chesapeake on the Eastern Shore

or Landsdowne near Leesburg, VA.

The Washingtonian gives high marks to Landsdowne, and Leesburg has some cute restaurants (Lightfoot or Tuscarora Mill). The resort itself also has dining onsite (and golf if anyone is interested).

Here's a link to the Washingtonian spa reviews:

I am also looking for a girls spa weekend location in the D.C. area. Any new ideas that aren't too pricy?

Look at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg. It may not be within your budget but worth checking into. Sometimes there are great specials.
