Suze, different websites give different abbreviations, Sfr and CHF.

Somebody on this website said you should read CHF backwards as "Freaking Holy Crap"

Faina, that is exactly what I said when I paid 15 whatever for a plate of noodles in Zurich!

Speaking of food in Switzerland, Oanda, "the currency site" www.oanda.com, has "The Economist Big Mac Price Index" which lists the (avg.?) price of a Big Mac in Switzerland as Sfr 6.23 which is about 5 bucks. That is a whopper of a price for a BM, isn't it?

And what I was trying to say saying (for the second time, I think) is that FainaAgain is obviously a smart person, which also is obviously correct.

hey I agree~~ Faina is great and a wonderful reporter from her recent trip en Suisse!

I wasn't trying to be picky, I have never seen any abbreviation used besides CHF in banks in Switzerland.

Aaahhhh, all this is not so important. Let's go back to discussing outfits.

Lots of capri pants in Switzerland
