Sheraton in Atlantic City-Convention Ctr

Has anyone stay at this Sheraton? How are the rooms? Can you walk to the Boardwalk safely? Thanks for any info.

I love the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. We had our wedding reception there November 2000, stayed at the same VIP suite as our wedding night on our first anniversary and are staying in the same room again this November for our second. Service was top notch and the rooms (since they are relatively new) are wonderful.

The Tun Tavern on the first floor serves ok food with their own microbrewery.

We head over once in a while for lunch and walk through the hotel for sentimental reasons!!

BTW - yes, you can walk up to the Boardwalk from this hotel. One long block along the AC Expressway entrance/exit, then 2 short blocks. Just keep your eyes open - lots of cops around for traffic control. You'll be fine!!

I've never stayed personally, but have heard both good an bad from the HOTEL REVIEWS area at biddingfortravel.com, so you can go there to read first hand people's compliments/problems.
