For the less adventurous who don't want to travel to South Africa and cage dive with great whites...

I'd highly recommend Shark-Ray Alley off the coast of Belize. A wide variety of rays, plus lots of nurse sharks and the occasionaly barracuda. All with a short flight from most of the US and only the need to snorkel.
