September Short stay in Las Vegas - top 3 things to do
We are doing a road trip in September flying into Las Vegas and out of Albuquerque. I’m starting to think about what to do at the various stopping points, so this query relates to our starting point in LV. I’ve only been to Las Vegas once before and that was back in the late 90s. It will the first time for my partner. We are staying at the Hilton Grand Vacations hotel for 3 nights. We arrive from the UK in the early evening so will probably just check in and grab something to eat before trying to sleep. We’re not gamblers so don’t plan to spend time in any of the casinos.
I’m looking for ideas as to how to spend our time during the 2 days we will be there. We won’t be picking up the car until the day of departure. I would love to hear about people’s Top 3 tips of things to do and see in LV. I’m also interested in suggestions of where to eat. We would prefer to have American or Tex-Mex. Don’t want gourmet dining this trip.

My son lived in Las Vegas for a short while. I loved the Springs Preserve ( and the Nevada State Museum - same location). One of our favorite breakfast/brunch places was Babystacks Cafe.
