Actually, Wine Press Northwest (http://www.winepressnw.com/wineries/washington/) lists 54 wineries in the Seattle/Woodinville area. I know about Columbia and Chateau Ste. Michelle.

Columbia and Chateau St. Michelle are the big ones. Much more charming (and I believe open to the public on certain days) is De Lille.
Please note that outside of the few listed above, the Woodinville wineries I know of are anything but picturesque. Located in office buildings (including large outfits like Silverlake) or industrial parks...you may find tastings but may not find atmosphere.
The good news is that more picturesque settings are coming. There's an entire culinary/retail village under construction that will house I believe 4 major wineries. I don't think it's expected to open until late 2007 at the earliest though.
