Are you willing to bid Priceline? That's really the only way to get a hotel lin downtown Seattle for around $100/night.
Even the motels like 6th Avenue Inn, Days Inn, Best Western, 8th Avenue Inn are more than that.
Where is your medical appointment? There are some B&'s on Capitol Hill that might be convenient if you are going to one of the hospitals on 'Pill Hill'.

Try foxgloveguesthouse.com
You can get a standard room in your price range or a suite for about $20 more. Breakfast included in the rate.
Foxglove is a really nice B&B located in Capitol Hill neighborhood. Great restaurants, cafes, shops nearby and you can easily walk to public transit (Pike Place/Waterfront about 15-20 minutes away by bus).
