Natali,
You had 12 responses to this identical post on 3/29. What's the matter, weren't they good enough?

No contest -- Kinkead's is the highest-ranked seafood restaurant in DC by Zagat:
KINKEAD'S
26
21
24
$55
Foggy Bottom/World Bank
2000 Pennsylvania Ave., NW (I St.) Washington, DC, 20006 (202) 296-7700
“You may run into your congressman” dining on “fabulous seafood” at DC’s perennial Most Popular, this “venerable” New American haunt for “high rollers and power brokers” in Foggy Bottom; Bob Kinkead plates the “best ingredients, creativity and presentation” “matched by solicitous service” and a “wine list from heaven” for a meal made to “impress a client”; since a mid-Survey “face-lift”, the atmosphere is more “inviting and airy”, but the place still has “attitude”, as the “less fabulous are often relegated to Siberia.”

Oops, looks like I posted a bad link. Kinkead's was suggested and discussed on that Natali's earlier request a couple of days ago.

There are plenty of places in the region with better crab cakes than Old Ebbitt's, but it's tough to beat their raw bar happy hour and the atmosphere is definitely old school.
If price were no object, I'd definitely hit Kinkead's.

There are no good restaurants in Georgetown's harbor area. All of them are overpriced with bad to mediocre food at best. The only reason to go to any of them is to sit outside and drink.
Try Johnny's Half Shell in Dupont Circle.
