SCUBA Diving on Kauai or Maui

I'd like to make at least one dive on either Maui or Kauai. Time is limited on our vacation (4 nights on each island), so I'd like recommondations on which island has better diving. Any suggestions on the best dives would be welcome. Thanks.

Molokini, off the southern coast of maui, is amazing. It is a volcanic crater that has warm water so attracts a lot of growth/fish.
