Scottsdale, Arizona - Restaurant Suggestions?
I've made multiple visits to Scottsdale over the last 10 years, and I'm going again this weekend. I always seem to go to the same restaurants, because I've found some that I really like.
This time, I'd like to mix things up a little bit... Would you please make some recommendations? Type of cuisine and cost is not an issue; I like places, however, that are a little more laid back and quiet (for good conversation).
Used to love Nonni's Kitchen, but they closed. I typically hit T. Cook's, Houston's, Gardunos, and Bar Zinc.
Thanks!

I'm not sure if you have already left yet, but we are just back from Scottsdale and had really great meals at:
Medizona (Mediterranean/Southwest) www.medizonarestaurant.com and
Taneko Japanese Tavern (www.tanekotavern.com)
The Westin Kierland has a nice atmosphere at sunset. There is a fire outside on the patio and a bagpipe player. We looked at the menu at Deseo, and it looked great.
Enjoy!
