You do have to read a bit, but indeed it must be NYC because there IS no other city in the United States. And we should all know this by now.
Unless the title refers to "itinerary" without any location-- for some reason, that will refer to Alaska. Which is still NOT a city-- since, as we all know, there is NO other city in the US than NYC.

What's wrong with another show? If you're going to a Broadway show, how about something off Broadway. Cookin', Blue Man Group etc. or what about one of the shows where the audience takes part?
Here's a search engine I came across for kids' things in NYC.

lorlexrik1 - If you're still here, michelleNYC was correcting her own mistake, not anyone else's. And the reason you got the responses you did from beckers2482 and rjw_lgb_ca is that you didn't specify where you'll be. You did mention that you've been to NYC numerous times, so we might have inferred that you meant that's where this trip is, but you didn't state it.
They were simply stating that you need to let us know where you're going before we can help. Seems reasonable to me!

How about going to the Metropolitan Museum? It's open until 9 pm on Saturday and there is music in the Great Hall (I think they still do that - someone will undoubtedly correct me if I am wrong.) You could visit the museum and then have a late dinner? Or maybe have an early dinner, go the museum and then out for dessert & coffee before going back to the hotel.

While I agree it's best to include a city in the title, did you all read the actual post? Lorlexrik1 said in the first post "been lucky enough to have been to nyc numerous times" -- isn't that clue enough that's the city she's talking about?
Come on, jlm, are you seriously suggesting that the reference to nyc WASN'T clearly an indication where she was talking about? Why would she mention nyc if that's NOT where she's going? Let's get real, here.
Although, granted nyc would have jumped out a little clearer in the title or spelled NYC.

Actually, it was clear enough to me (maybe room for confusion, but I was not confused). But I wasn't one of the people who commented that they didn't know where she was going. I was just explaining their posts since lorlexrik1 seemed to be walking out of the room in a huff, throwing his/her arms in the air in disgust.
