Santa Fe to Mesa Verde Itinerary Help Needed

We were there last summer and did two tours in the one day we spent there. So I don't think it's an issue, and it was packed!
Great pics DebitNM, I do love Mesa Verde, so amazing! Next time, I'm waiting until our son is old enough to walk it all himself! He was 2 1/2 at the time and we had to carry him in on our pack tag teaming, needless to say, a great workout, but limited in what we saw!

I would skip Taos and spend more time at M.V. In my opinion, Taos is where the hippies go to die. You will see better mountain scenery on your trip. And Santa Fe is lots more fun.
I stayed at The Santa Fe Suites on the south end of the city. Very nice people and reasonable. Not far from downtown.
