22nd & Lincoln is pretty far west (I was born 5 blocks away on 17th). I think parking out there is difficult. It is not convenient for visiting Fisherman's Wharf. The N-Judah goes nowhere near the Wharf, and there are probably not any buses that do to the wharf directly (it is not a popular destination for SF residents).
For only 2 nights here, I would forget the Wharf and take the N-Judah downtown and explore Union Sq, Embarcadero, Chinatown, & North Beach. Use the car to access Crissy Field, Ft Point, and across the Golden Gate Bridge. Of course, use the car to access GG Park (Academy of Science, Stow Lake, De Young, buffalos, Conservatory of Flowers) - but not on Sunday when most of the Park is off-limit to cars.
