Good to hear, Tally. By the way, the idea that was floated about raising the F line fare to $6 has now been taken off the table--way too much push-back from local riders. Yay!

@aprillilacs: That's GREAT news!! My husband and I stay in the Castro when we go up to the City (a block up Castro from the F line stop at Market & Castro), and use the F line a lot.

The trip we took last year convinced us: We have to make a trip to the City at least once a year, it's just too wonderful up there to miss out. We're looking at a trip up in the fall, so watch out, San Francisco, we're comin' back!

And it's true: Mass transit in the Bay Area is quite great. I was so glad to NOT have to drive anywhere. Heaven...!
