San Francisco hotels - minimum 3 stars?
Hello all
starting to do some research on hotels in July. Anyone have any nice ones they've stayed in recently? My minimum would be 3 stars, although I'd prefer 4/5. Can I get a good quality hotel for around 200 a night or less? I'll be there at least 5 nights I believe.
A friend mentioned Villa Florence, I don't know a thing about it, is this a good place to stay? It's near Union Square. He said it's tiny but fun.
He also mentioned at least for value, the Holiday Inn Chinatown is reliable. I'd like something a little snazzier but I'd be willing to check it out.
anyone have any good hotels they'd like to throw into the hat?

Did you do a search for "hotel san fran" without selecting any search options from the box? Doing so brings up MANY threads, several of which, at least, would probably be useful to you.
I don't know if the W hotel is specifically covered, but many others are.
