San Antonio Art Question

This painting is on the website for the city of San Antonio. I love it and want to see it in person.
It's a long shot but does anyone know exactly where I can see this?

If you float over it you can see the artist is David Alcantar. Hope that helps!

Thanks TDudette. Once I discovered who he was I found his site. That's a huge canvas. I want to see it when I get to San Antonio.
