Salt Lake City/Sandy Restaurants

I am looking for some great restaurant ideas for the Salt Lake City and Sandy area. Which places stand out or are a "cannot miss"? All kinds of price ranges are welcome.

Also, is anyone aware of some good biking trails in the same area?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.

In Salt Lake City everyone seems to like the Market Street Broiler, Bambara, New Yorker, Log Haven (expensive, but up the canyon and beautiful) and PF Chang's. Sunday brunch at the Grand America Hotel.

In Sandy there are mostly chain restaurants. For mexican I like Dos Sorranos, Black Angus for steak, Tucci's for Italian

We were very pleased with our breakfast at Bambara, located in Hotel Monaco. Very nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.

In Sandy, there is a restaurant called the Mayan. It is a themed Mexican Restaurant that reminds me of a type of "Rainforestish" type of restaurant. They have cliff divers that put on a show and the prices and food are very reasonable. A good family place especially if you have kids. It is an area called Jordan Commans. They have movie theaters there as well in the complex.
Hope this helps.
