Hello. My boyfriend and I are heading to Disney World for a few days in February & will be there for Valentine's Day. Any suggestions on romantic restaurants? Any thoughts on Le Cellier in "Canada?" Unfortunatley Cinderella's Royal Table is booked. Thanks for any help!!

Victoria & Albert's...small, intimate room under a domed ceiling Elegantly appointed, with large floral displays, fine china, crystal, and silver. Harpist entertains. Each table has a maid and butler instead of waiters. You get a personalized menu. It is WDW's most elegant restaurant. Pricey, and you MUST make reservations now, not only here but it would be a good idea to make them now for where ever you decide. I made 5 weeks in advance and could only get in at 9pm. I'd consider finding a restaurant OUTSIDE of WDW for a romantic (and more likely good) meal for Valentines' Day. Frankly, I've never found the food impressive at any of the parks' restaurants, cute as they may seem. Plus they are expensive. You may have better luck at "Downtown" Disney where there are a number of "real" restaurants (vs. themed conveniences?) Sorry if this sounds a bit snobby, but you may want to consider the possibilities.

Second the vote for V & A(where all the help is either Victoria and Albert and it feels like Valentine's Day even on a Tuesday in January. Extraordinary, intimate, fabulous food and wine, hyperromantic, exceptionally expensive, once-in-a-lifetime atmosphere--ideal for a special Valentine meal. I think you will never forget this experience, so it would be worth the cost.

A romantic restaurant in Walt Disney World? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into V&A's. And as for "noname" -- anywhere can be romantic...it's all about who you're with, not where you are. But sometimes candles and fine service are a nice added touch on Valentine's.

Arthur's 27 in the Buena Vista Palace Hotel is wonderful also. It is in Lake Buena Vista (across the street from th eDisney Village & Pleasure Island) and is on the 27th floor of the hotel. You can see the fireworks from Epcot (I think its Epcot) if you time it right and ask for the right view. Also, they have a wonderful spa there if you want some additional pampering!
