Oh what a sweet surprise to see these notes. Yes, Dawn, way too soon. I miss them both, but I am sure they are happy to be together again.

What a wonderful love story. I am so glad you shared it. Their love was such a gift to you. Glad they are together at Arlington.

On a lighter note, I stayed at The Lorien in 2010 and loved it. I want to go back with my pup.

Thank you. It is so sweet to see their story appreciated. Of course, Janet, you are right. Their love was a gift to us, too.

I am doing a girls getaway to the Monaco. Very tempted to bring one of the pups.

Glad this got topped. What a wonderful story. My Mother passed at just around the time this thread was posted so I hadn't seen it. I found some solace in the thought that my parents were together as I'm sure you did. Thanks for sharing such a poignant love story.
