Restaurants in Deer Valley/Park City

Any dining suggestions for the Deer Valley and Park City area? I'm looking for casual places (burgers, pizza, etc.) as well as fine dining. Need enough places to fill a ski week. Thanks!

Whatever you do, stay away from Mainstreet Pizza and Noodle. They were way overpriced for the quality of food.

Wasatch Brew was good.

Riverhorse Cafe. Best Restaurant in Park City. Right there on Main Street. Burgie's the Burger Joint closed but the Hungry Moose is a suitable alternative. There is sports grill at the bottom of Main St. just accross from the Marriott Summit Watch that has all kinds of Burgers and Sandwiches. US Prime is a Ruth's Chris type place. Chimaya's is popular but to "fru-fru" for my taste. Zoom is Redford's restaurant located at the bottom of Main St. as well. I agree about main st. pizza and noodle as far as being overpriced but in park city what isn't? The pizza is good. Better than domino's. There is also a place in town that has the best rack of lamb I've ever had. I think the name is Adolpho's. Didn't go this year so I'm not sure if it's still there. Several places went out this past year that have been there for a long time. And one thing you must do is get ice cream, hot choclate (very very good) or cup of coffee from Cows after dinner. It's at the top of Main St. And finally if you really want to spend some money on a fine meal, Stein Ericson's Lodge is probably the highest rated place around. Riverhorse is a 5 star restaurant as well and equally as good if not better and much less expensive.

Hi P,

I live in Park City, but I still haven't been to all the great restaurants! Don't worry about finding enough choices of all types for a week.

Reasonable and good:

The Eating Establishment
Red Banjo Pizza (so, so)
Wasatch Brew Pub
Windy Ridge Cafe (off Main)
Squatter's Roadhouse Grill (new, haven't tried it myself yet)

My favorites, expensive:

Grappa
Glitritind (at Stein's)
350 Main
Adolph's
Chez Betty
Kampai

Zoom is closed due to construction and remodeling. Will reopen next year. I've eaten at Riverhorse just twice, but neither was a good experience. I know most people like it, but I won't go back. Too many other great choices!

In Kimball Junction, very good:

Red Rock Brewery
Hapa Grill

Buon appetito!
