I've eaten at several restauants in the Venetian.
Tsunami is good for a nice casual Asian lunch or dinner.
Grand Lux Cafe wasn't bad for a late night snack or breakfast.
We also had dinner several months back at one of the Italian cafes in "St. Mark's Square." (It wasn't W. Puck's restaurant, it was the other-one.) It was also good.

I ate at the mexican place in the venetian, and it was quite good--especially the fish taco's. Tsunami is a good sushi/asian place--also very good. Don't limit yourself to just the venetian, there are so many great places to eat--Isis at luxor, Olives at bellagio, red square and the place with the cool wine cellar at mandalay bay (forgot the name)...commanders palace at aladdin. emerils, olio, nob hill at MGM so many places to eat so little time.
The grand lux cafe is nothing to speak of it is typical diner fare.

My husband and I ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant there (after all, you are supposed to be in Venice, right?). It begins with a Z but I forget the name. It was probably the best Italian meal we have ever had anywhere, and we dine out often. I reccomend it HIGHLY! Have fun!
