Restaurant recs. in Baltimore Inner Harbor

We'll be at the Hyatt Inner Harbor with 2 kids and would like a recommendation for a casual restaurant for dinner, and also possibly someplace outside with a nice view of the harbor for breakfast. Thank you!

Cheesecake Factory is most popular, longest wait for bkfst, lunch or dinner. Don't go to Phillip's -poor quality, tourist trap. Try Little Italy - Amici's is small but very good, easy with kids. Federal Hill is nearby and has lots of offerings- Blue Agave is great Mexican, Bandaloops also good. ESPN Zone always popular for kids. In Market Place, (across steet from Harbor Place)try Babalu Grill or any of the other restaurants in this area - they are all new and fun and this is near Port Discovery which might be a good stop depending on kids ages.

Most of the places on the harbor fit your bill. None of them serve great food, but with kids in tow, you don't sound like you're interested in fine dining. They're all chains, so just choose which ever one is the least crowded.

Thanks for the replies. We aren't interested in fine dining, but really appreciate good food, even if it's just the best barbecue, crab cakes or pizza in town.

I second Edye's mention of Little Italy and Amici's.
