Tuscan: Put yourself on Lilia's standby list, via Resy. You would have a chance of getting a last-minute table. I think they always have tables at 10:45, but that would be too late for me, and probably for you as well. It is only one stop from Manhattan on the L train, so easy to get to from here.
There is a new chef and Il Buco Alimentari and their menu is slated to change quite a bit in upcoming months. So I could not say for certain how the food is but I think I would still make the switch from Lupa. They are both good but Il BucoA. might have the edge. They have a "market" for baked goods and other food products; their breads are over-the-top great, so you might consider taking home a loaf if you do go there.
