Restaurant menus

Going for 3 days in July. As it will be over a weekend I would like to make dining reservations prior to leaving. Reading the boards, it seems Le Cirque, Aquq, Delmonicos are popular. While we want to eat well I do not want to book an expensive restaurant only to find the menu does not appeal to us. We are shellfish lovers. Any one with ant info on specific dishes they would recommend or whetherv these places have websites? Any info appreciated. Also any advice on seating for Celine Dion , do I need to splurge on the good seats or is first mezzanine good enough. As long as I do not have to look at a jumbotron to see the show I will be happy.

I often call a restaurant and ask them to fax me their menu. I must not be the only person who does this, because they almost always graciously reply. Try calling around 10 am, before they open for lunch. If you hit them when they are busy they might put you on the back burner and forget!

You can see partial menus from Le Cirque and Aqua on the Bellagio website.
