There's absolutely no legal significance to the event, so no particular license or credentials are required.

You can do a search on the internet, just put in renew vows or something close to it and indicate you want Las Vegas. I searched this last year as I also wanted to do this for our 30th and I wanted it to be an Elvis wedding. Our plans changed so we couldn't but there are lots of sites, so check them out. Have fun.

You can renew your wedding vows just about anywhere in the world. All you need is someone to officiate at the ceremony.
