Recommendation for Hotels in Miami

Hi All,
Please could you recommend mid-range and conveniently located hotels in Miami for three freshmen students during Easter break.
Any must do activities and must visit places and also areas to be avoided. All boys are first time visitors to Miami.
Can Miami be clubbed with any other day trips or split between another city as they will be there for 8 nights.
Thank you.

"mid range" could mean lots of things -- what is their actual budget? Also -- what are their ages? Hotels can have minimum age requirements for check in ranging from 18 all the way up to 25.

Thanks for the quick reply. The boys are in 18-20 years age group.
Budget would be approx.150/- per room per night for three of triple occupancy.
They are open to airbnb accomodation also.

Kind regards,

They should look in the South Beach area. Basically Lincoln Road south to Government Cut, (the inlet).

it is safe. It will be packed but fun!

Thank you for the prompt revert. But their plans have changed.

Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport is the best hotel with a minimum range.
