Back to Olympic Cafe for dinner. Ahi sandwich, kalua pig quesidilla and pina colada.

Across the street at Shaka Taco they were having their grand opening with a band.

Woooooooohooooooooooo, we were by far the oldest ones to walk over and check it out.

After I acted the way I did, we ended up watching church services from The Olympic Cafe. Great pancakes with coconut syrup.

Another kicked back day yesterday. Had our Easter dinner celebration at Roy's in Poipu. From some recent reviews I had read, I was just a tad concerned. Our meal was great. Mahimahi and short ribs. Chocolate souffle and apple volcano. Good food!

Gotta run....only 2 more days and I don't wanna miss a single moment of being out in this glorious weather.

Probably back to Anini and then maybe to Tunnels if we can find a parking spot.

.....smooches....

This is my last day to wear the tiara!

Spending it with a picnic at Anini Beach searching for more kahelelani shells. Cleaning out the fridge with chicken, mac salad, menchus from the Pono Market....taro chips and popo cookies.

Farewell dinner tonight is at Kauai Pasta.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaa

Donita

It is nice to see that the I'2s are getting a lot of hiking in...those steps up to Oly Cafe are pretty steep!

Leave the hiking stick at the bottom of the stairs...I'll need it in 262.

With my tiara in tow, I should hope!

Sorry it's over for you. I sure did enjoy your tidbits over the last several days.

I do want the details of where to get those great jewelry and crafts items when you get back, Pleeeease!

OSB and daydreamin, we're home and NOT planning another trip yet. Flew all night. Arrived in Atlanta at 5:45 a.m. Only one bag short, and wouldn't you know it.........that's where I packed the tiara!!!! I'm so sorry, but I'm hoping Hawaiian Air and Delta will come through soon and I will get it to you.

Also, had to sit in that dreaded Atlanta traffic.....yes, a wreck during rush hour slowed us down.

I'll do y'all a report in a couple of days on the Oahu and Maui portion of our trip. The entire 17 days away was pure paradise.

Kal, left the hiking pole at the Tropical Tantrum so you can hike down the street of Kapaa town to Olympic Cafe. Man, does that place serve up some mighty fine grub. Ono for sure.

Later..... i'2

Thanks for the welcome home aloha, makai1.

She did! Mahalo. Now, if I could only find that darn tiara so I can pass it on.

This is the first time in many years I have had a lost bag. It really does have all of our purchases in it.
