Quick bite in Mirage Hotel

We are going to the Mirage over Memorial Day Weekend and I expect it to be beyond mobbed. This is our first stay at the Mirage and I was wondering if they had any spots to grab some fries and a quick bite to take back to the room. We have been going to the Bellagio and they have a wonderful coffee place that has sandwiches, cin rolls etc to take back to the room for a quick lunch with the kids. We were just at the Bellagio sans the kids this month and wanted to bring them for the holiday weekend but got a great rate at the Mirage of $89 so we opted for there as we know it will be more kid friendly. I would so appreciate any help in kid friendly restaurant suggestions in the Mirage or TI. I know the Venetian Mall has a food court as well as the Fashion Mall which helps. This trip is not about food but about pool time and heat as we are freezing here in Seattle. Thanks.

Both the Mirage and the Treasure Island have very good, kid-friendly coffee shops.
The California Pizza Kitchen in the Mirage has terrific salads and a kid's menu, and take-out available.
Memorial Day weekend is not terribly overcrowded in Las Vegas, you should expect crowds, and a crowded pool area, but nothing unbearable. Californians tend to stay home on Memorial Weekend for get-togethers and barbecues.

Take the kids over to NY NY for NY style pizza while you're there. And you can go across the street into M&M World.

We love the California Pizza Kitchen. There is also a coffee place right near the elevators where you can get pastries, latte etc. Also, an ice cream shop on the way to the pool, which is VERY convenient to the guest elevators, by the way, you don't have to tramp through the casino in your swimsuit. We also like to take the tram over to the Treasure Island for Starbucks and Krispy Kreme donuts, often on the morning we are leaving

Pool at the Mirage opens at 9am. When we were there last weekend, most of the lounge chairs were gone by 11am.
