Question for experienced travellers

I have irregular bowel movements on trips. Has anyone else had this experience? Is it the change in food?

June, there is a post below entitled
"Keys in June". Maybe your answer lies therein!

Sorry - I read the thread, "The Keys in June" and cannot find the poop there. Am I missing a subtle joke???? hmmm...

(Almost afraid to use my 'regular' sign-off, 'butt...')
Happy Trails,
Paul

What do you think it might be caused by?
The weather? The zip code? The latitude?
The strange looks you get?

Can have many causes: change in eating habits, too much time sitting in a seat, not walking enough, stress of travel, not getting enough sleep.

Check with your doctor on ways to avoid this problem.
