PTown with Kids

Me, my wife and my kids (twins 4 years old) have being visiting yearly PTown since before the children were born. When we were childless we use to stay very close to the center of the town. However, now with childrens those places are not too family friendly. We stayed before in the Cape inn and the Provincetown Inn (near the dike) but the facilities are not that great and my kids did not like the swimming pool (a must have with kids) Anybody with kids that would like to recommend a good family hotel near the center of the town and with a good swimming pool.
Thanks

The best I can come up with is the Sandcastle Resort but you would need to drive or take the shuttle bus to the center of town.

We stayed there a lot when our daughters were young. They have much to offer: Private beach on Cape Cod Bay; Indoor & outdoor pools; Rooms with fridge and stoves; and rooms with private decks overlooking spectacular views of Provincetown Center.

During low-tide in the Bay you can walk over the flats to Ptown Center from the Sandcastle's beach.

There are also two Best Western motels in Provincetown.

pools are rare in town and ill limit your choices. The best bet may be the Best Western. I'll look around today and see what I see...something unexpected may strike me
