Private dinner in Atlanta

We are having a meeting at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in early December. I am looking for a nice restaurant with a private dining room (if possible) for 35-50 people. Thanks for any input.

Dailey's is right around the corner and very good. I little on the pricey side but I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

The downstairs has very good martinis and jazz. Really cool, brick floors, baby grand. Upstairs, the restaurant is very nice.

35-50 people is a large number for a private room, which limits your options. I suggest the Ritz Carlton downtown. If you are willing to go to Buckhead, I would suggest 103 West. It is offers only private dining such as you are seeking.

If you want Italian, Maggiano's located in Buckhead across from the MARTA station, might be something to check out if you want something not too formal. They do a great job w/large parties, have private rooms and the food is quite good. It's popular so their party rooms fill up. We tried to have our rehearsal dinner there and it was booked 4-5mo. out...you didn't say what day of the week you were planning this for--if it's a weekday, you might still be in luck.

I haven't been to Daily's in years but I really liked it when I went there last.

City Grill has private rooms and can accomodate that number. It is downtown. Daileys has no private rooms.

Thanks for the responses. While I love Maggiano's, I am looking for something more upscale if anyone else has ideas.

I have narrowed down my choices to either Luxe or Ray's in the City. Any input?
