Seeing Spamalot at the Shubert Theatre. Any recommendations for post theatre drinks/dessert?

If you want something romantic, try Flute. It's a below-ground former speakeasy & they serve wonderful Champagnes & have a dessert menu. It's on 54th between 7th & Bway.
