I just made my list and I'm glad to see I have more places I can think of that I'd rather return repeatedly to than one's I hated. Here is my list:
Never (I hope) return to:
Los Angeles
Madrid
Miami
Puerto Vallarta
the Louvre
Never get enough of:
Venice
Paris
the Alps
Big Sur
Oregon coast
Sedona
New Zealand
Moorea
Berlin
Morocco
China

Great thread.
There are very few places I've been to that I wouldn't visit again. Perhaps I've been lucky, or perhaps I'm just not picky--I can find merit in almost anyplace, for a day anyway. ;-) However, just because I'd return someplace doesn't mean I'd seek it out. Depends on who's buying I guess.
I rarely repeat destinations. With that caveat, here's my list.
Return in a heartbeat:
London and NYC (never enough)
Jerusalem/Israel (surprisingly beautiful)
Europe (too young to appreciate at 15)
Alaska (*sigh*)
Just about every island I've ever been to (Hawaii, Carib/VI, Bermuda, Hilton Head), with the few exceptions below.
Madison WI (lived there; great town)
Bloomington IN (lived there too)
DC
Chicago (twice a year, most of my life)
San Francisco
Cruises (agree with the "moo" mentality, but you can't beat the pampering and ease!)
Fine once, or could have entirely lived without:
Cancun (yuk)
Phoenix
LA
Sanibel (twice was one time too many)
Nassau/Freeport
ditto above post re: Wisconsin Dells
Ruins in Israel (seen one pile 'o rocks you've seen 'em all)
Miami
Owensville MO + Ripon WI + Harrisonburg VA + Fond du Lac WI + Des Moines IA (don't ask)
Any Dollywood-type place/town bordering the Smokies. (Gatlinburg, etc.)
Anyplace with more kids than adults.

Antigua
Never Again
Spain, especially Barcelona

Enough! I'm coming down with Home Town Angst. By my count, Los Angeles is by far the least favorite destination, aside from the vague reference to "cruise" and the anti-crowd vote for WDW (of course, my poll has an uncertainty of +/- 2%).
My personal opinion is that L.A. is an acquired taste. I can, of course, understand the argument, but pick on another place for a few days.

What an interesting conversation!
Can I list places I don't ever care to visit?
First, saw once, will not go back:
Most of Georgia, with the exception of Atlanta and Savannah...which I'll probably visit for work....
Wisconsin Dells. Somebody said, "..what a waste of money!" EXACTLY!!!
Philippine Islands.Beautiful, but the poverty and desparation was overwhelming.
Washington, D.C. Interesting once, but too crowded.
Most big cities. Don't like crowds!
DEFINITELY return:
Cruising, to Alaska, to South America, to Australia, to the Fjords in Norway.
Alaska. Even the big cities here seem spacious!
San Francisco. Yes, a big city, but....SO much to see and do!
Vancouver and Victoria
Traveling up the Mississippi River, in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota, all the way up to the Canadian border (where it's the St. Croix river). Absolutely among my favorite vacation spots!
Almost anywhere in Wisconsin.
Places I never intend to go:
WDW, or any theme park for that matter, including "dollywood", or whatever it's called, the Dolly Parton thing; or Grand Ol' Opry, or casinos, or any related thing.

I can't believe how many people don't like to cruise! I use them as a way to sample a destination so that if I like it I can go back and spend more time there. Plus you can't beat the unlimited food and pampering! Through cruising, I've found I would go back to:
Cozumel (again and again)
Canary Islands
I probably wouldn't go back to:
Morocco (scary)
Montego Bay, Jamaica (I would give
the rest of the island a chance,
though)
Puerto Rico

Hi:
There aren't very many places that I don't ever want to return to, but here they are:
1). Houston
I guess that's it!
Places to go over and over:
1). Mount Batty, Maine
2). Seattle
3). St. George's youth hostel in Jerusalem
4). Cairo and the pyramids, but won't eat the food again - I'll bring my own
5). Taejon, South Korea
6). Winnipeg, Manitoba
7). Almost anywhere in South Korea, Israel, or Egypt including the above!
