place to park overnight in ATL

Some friends and I will be driving separately to an event. Our routes will be intersecting in Atlanta. I'd like to leave my car somewhere in Atlanta and ride the rest of the way with them. I would be back to pick up my car within 24 hours. Any suggestions? I would prefer to park somewhere within walking distance of a MARTA stop. I'm somewhat familiar with Atlanta but haven't been there in about four years, and there have probably been major changes since then.

I guess it depends what direction you are coming from, but maybe the airport or one of the parknride lots near the airport to have access to Marta. You can check the atl airport www.atlanta-airport.com , but I want to say its around 10-15$. But,airport may not be most convenient for you. check marta www.itsmarta.com for more convenient locations with overnight parking (4-7$). have a great time!

You can park overnight at several MARTA stations for either $4 or $7. Pick the one most convenient for you.

Thanks for the MARTA idea. That will work!

I didn't even think of parking in one of those lots. Duh!

Here is another question somewhat related to this trip.

What MARTA station is closest to the downtown Marriott Marquis?

Thanks!

Peachtree Center is the MARTA station closest to the Marriott Marquis.

But there is no parking at that station.
