It isn't cheap but the Pink Jeep tour is wildly popular. The favorite seems to be the Broken Arrow route.
There are numerous other companies that also offer similar tours either in Jeeps or Hummers. Pink Jeep seems to be by far the biggest.

We took a pink jeep tour and really enjoyed it. We took the Broken Arrow tour and saw a lot of sights. It was pretty bumpy so I would be careful if anybody in your party has back problems. Reserve it early because they tend to seel out!

I've never taken the Pink Jeep tour.
However, I was in Sedona hiking last year and hiked the Broken Arrow trail.
In association with the NPS (I think) Pink Jeep maintains a parallel jeep trail.
While I was hiking several Pink Jeeps came by. I could hear the engine and the yelling of the customers as the driver terrorized them near the cliffs.
Seriously, it really sounded like they were having fun. The got to the very end, Chicken Point and got out to look around and take photos.
I don't know how expensive it is but Broken Arrow was one of the more scenic hikes I took in my couple of days there.
If you want a short and very scenic hike, look into Boynton Canyon Vista (not the full Boynton Canyon).
Also, for a great sunset view of Cathedral Rock, go to the Crescent Moon picnic area and walk over to the Creek.
Excellent sunset view.

select the 2007 trip to Bryce, Zion, GC and Sedona.
