Hey Fairhope- I was trying to get on I-17 (on the north side of town so I could get on the 101)last Saturday night too. No detour, no directions, just closed. Go figure.

I've heard the Hyatt resort out there is really nice. It has golf, nature trails and great spa. You may want to check their website. Hyatt.com

Olive Oyl (now known as "OO" here) stayed at that Hyatt when they first opened and a few others on here have stayed there since, so you might want to check their reviews on here. It is the Hyatt Pinon Point I believe.
