Phoenix accomodations

Some friends and i will be in Phoenix the weekend of November 22 for a Football game at Sundevil stadium. Any ideas on where to stay? What's the weather like in November? We would like to stay in an area w/some nightlife and good places to eat. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Tempe is near ASU. Mill St. is hopping at night. I suggest you check out Priceline and Hotwire. You should be able to get a 3 star hotel for around $40. (I am going to Phoenix in October and just booked the Hilton Phoenix East Mesa on Priceline for $40 a night.)

Usually have rain that weekend. Temperatures can be in the 40's,but is can also be nice and sunny with temps in the 70's.

Anyplace except the motels on Van Buren in Phoenix is ok to stay. Might be most convenient to get in tempe. If it is for a college game, might need to get reservations soon. If for a Cardinal game, probably not

Try to stay at the hotel right on Mill Avenue, Palms something...mind has gone blank......maybe Mission Palms?? Great location for nightlife and game.......weather should be fabulous, it would be very unusual to have rain at that time......50s low and 70s high.

Tempe Mission Palms is THE PLACE to stay. It is right next door to the stadium, a one minute walk. It is also about 1/2 block to Mill Avenue. Mill is lined with shops, restaurants, bars, and is really hopping at night. You'll love the location. And the hotel is very nice. I would not stay anywhere else based on the info you provided in your posting. Have a great time!
